## Scope of Work (Business Critical)

The successful bidder (EPC Contractor) will be responsible for:

1. **Design & Engineering** – Complete system design for 225 kW rooftop solar.
2. **Supply** – All solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, etc.
3. **Installation** – On rooftops at AIIMS Bathinda.
4. **Testing & Commissioning** – Grid synchronization and performance validation.
5. **Comprehensive O&M** – For **10 years** post-commissioning.
6. **Permits & Approvals** – Including **net metering** connection and all statutory clearances.

> **Business Implication:** This is a turnkey responsibility. Bidders must factor in long-term O&M costs (10 years) and regulatory liaison costs.

## Critical Compliance Requirements

### 1. Mandatory Site Survey
– **Site visit is mandatory** for all bidders.
– Submission of an undertaking (Attachment-3N) on bidder’s letterhead is required.
– **Without this undertaking, the bid will be outright rejected.**
– Last-minute site visit requests will not be entertained.

### 2. Bid Security (EMD)
