Bhaskar Jyoti Successfully Commissions 1.3 MW Solar Power Project for Military Engineer Services in Jaipur Zone – EQ
Jaipur, Rajasthan — Bhaskar Jyoti India Private Limited, a leading renewable energy solutions provider, has successfully commissioned a 1.3 MW grid-connected solar power project for the Military Engineer Services (MES), Chief Engineer, Jaipur Zone, at the Niwaru, Bhakrota, and Jaipur Military Stations in Rajasthan.
The project was awarded through a competitive tender issued in February 2024 and was executed at a total contract value of ₹87.82 million (approximately $1.03 million). Bhaskar Jyoti delivered the project on a turnkey basis, covering engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
With the commissioning now complete, the solar power system is supplying clean and reliable energy to key defence infrastructure, reducing dependence on conventional power sources and supporting the Indian Armed Forces’ sustainability and energy-efficiency goals.
