**Purpose:**
CEL invites **Expressions of Interest (EOI)** from **financially and technically capable EPC contractors** for **empanelment** to undertake **Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)** work related to **Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Systems**.
**Scope of Work:**
The empanelled contractors will handle various **SPV projects**, including:
* Solar PV Power Plants
* Solar Home Lighting Systems
* Solar Street Lighting Systems
* Solar Water Pumping Systems
and other related solar energy installations.
**Application Details:**
* EOIs must be submitted **online** through [www.etenders.gov.in](http://www.etenders.gov.in).
* The document can be **viewed and downloaded free of cost** from either
[www.etenders.gov.in](http://www.etenders.gov.in) or [www.celindia.co.in](http://www.celindia.co.in).
* EOIs will remain **open for submission until 31 March 2026, 15:00 hours**.
* Submissions will be **opened on the 15th and last working day of every month**.
