Job Description

Skills & Pre-requisite:
Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Electronics and min 10 years of business development experience in Renewable energy, electrical and power electronics
Experience and client networking with solar and wind energy systems and components. Well- developed knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus

Industry Expertise:
1. Experience in business generation, revenue generation and payment collection of Solar Roof top projects.

2. Basic Understanding of the Project designs and execution

3. Thorough knowledge of private and government market

4. Appropriate networking with state nodal agencies and MNRE for processing and availing of subsidy involved

5. Well versed with Opex and Capex projects

6. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting and generation of reports

7. Exposure in B2B and B2C sales

8. Cost analysis and bidding for projects/Tenders

9. Should have experience dealing with clients with large investments in Capex

10. People management should have handled a team of minimum 10 people

11. Exposure to present the company to the government sector/private clients and foreign collaborations

12. Proper communication and marketing skills

13. Job involves 70% travelling

14. Should have handled trade shows/conferences

15. Should be able to build his/her team for local and national sales

IT Skills: 
1. Should be facile with MS Office tools

2. Exposure with project and cost analysis tools

3. Able to readily utilize web and search technologies to enter, access and retrieve data.

4. Requires basic understanding of business accounting and transactions.
