Business Development personnel have to promote projects and ideas of roof top solar
· New Solar Business Development (from scratch) Tendering & Retail Sales Opportunities in terms of Sales, New Account Development and Customer Development.
· Visit the customer, do the site survey and understand his requirements
· Execute the orders as per agreed commercial and technical terms and collect the payments as per agreed terms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Significant track record of achievements with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
· Customer Oriented and good networking skills.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil / Renewable), MBA (preferred)
Experience in solar rooftop preferred

· Complete Electrical Design of Commercial & Rooftop Solar Power Plants
· Operations & Maintenance of all Solar Power Plant Sites
· R&D in Design by incorporating latest technology
· Inventory Management of maintenance material & project material procurement
Technical support to Business Development and Project Team in all stages of project including site feasibility, proposal submission, design finalization, technical discussions with customer, project execution and project handover
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical)
Experience: Min 5 – 10 yrs (Experience of Solar is must)
