Cyient DLM Partners with Arcedo Systems for Rooftop Solar Project – EQ
In Short : Cyient DLM has partnered with Arcedo Systems to implement a rooftop solar project, showcasing its commitment to sustainable energy solutions. In Detail : Leading integrated electronics manufacturing solutions provider, Cyient DLM has tied up with Arcedo Systems, a key player in renewable energy, for establishing a 500 kWp rooftop solar power system at its facility in Mysore. This is yet another initiative demonstrating how seriously Cyient DLM has taken its ESG commitments and continues to work to meet them.
The contract further states that Arcedo Systems would provide design, engineering, installation, and commissioning services, followed by on-going maintenance for the solar power plant. The long-term Power Purchase Agreement would procure energy to Cyient DLM to decrease the dependency of the company on traditional sources of energy.
This project is to bring in much cost savings for Cyient DLM and in line with the targets for renewable energy for India. With solar energy integration, Cyient DLM is targeting the reduction of carbon emissions and would be an example of sustainability practices within the electronics manufacturing sector.
This initiative aligns with India’s mission to promote solar energy adoption in industrial sectors, demonstrating Cyient DLM’s proactive approach to environmental stewardship.
