Mandate for the role:
MBA with 8-10 years of experience in the similar profile
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Business analysis and evaluation
To be the operating arm of CEO
Financial modelling and investment analysis
Managing reviews and providing critical insights, MIS, Business plan, keeping track of the profitability and budgetary targets
Support CEO with in-depth analysis on issues relevant to decision making
Track business development and performance of various entities
Project monitoring – Preparing presentations that track project progress, bottlenecks, issues on a regular basis
Board meeting preparations and presentations
Preparation of MIS reports
Preparing updates on project for review by the top management
Able to interact on professional level across all levels of the organization including internal and external stakeholders, department heads & top management.
