  • Only monthly banking for RE (no banking for small hydro though)
  • CD restrictions not applicable for RE (resultant power restriction still applicable though)
  • Repeated STOA application to attract higher Transmission Charges
  • MTOA/LTOA for RE to attract double Transmission Charges
  • MTOA maximum duration extended to 5 years
