Germany becomes 5th country to sign International Solar Alliance Framework Agreement (ISA FA) after amendments to it entered into force on 8 January this year, opening its Membership to all Member States of the United Nations.
On 4 August ?? Ambassador Walter J. Lindner deposited signed copies of ISA Framework Agreement with Ministry of External Affairs, GOI, the depositary of Agreement. Signed copies of ISA FA were handed over to Additional Secretary (ER).
