HERC: The instant petition of EIH Ltd is disposed-off being infructuous
Petition under Section 142 read with Section 146 of the Electricity Act, 2003 as amended from time to time to call for the records of the respondents and take appropriate action on account of non compliance of the orders dated 05.08.2020, passed by this Honble Commission whereby the DHBVNL was directed to release electricity connection to the petitioner application for which was made to the Nigam way back in 2018 (22.05.2018).
