In Short : Huawei Digital Power and Peak Energy signed an MoU at SNEC 2025 to jointly develop 700 MWp of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects across the Asia-Pacific region. The collaboration aims to accelerate clean energy adoption by leveraging Huawei’s smart PV technology and Peak Energy’s project development expertise, supporting the region’s transition to sustainable and efficient power solutions.

In Detail : Huawei Digital Power and Peak Energy have entered into a strategic partnership to advance solar development across the Asia-Pacific region. The companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the SNEC 2025 conference to jointly deploy 700 MWp of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar power projects.

This collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions in one of the world’s fastest-growing regions. By combining Huawei’s advanced smart PV technology with Peak Energy’s regional expertise in project development, the initiative seeks to deliver reliable and efficient solar power to businesses across APAC.

Huawei Digital Power will provide its latest intelligent PV and energy storage systems to ensure the projects are optimized for high performance, safety, and long-term sustainability. These technologies are designed to enhance power yields and support the integration of renewables into C&I infrastructure.

Peak Energy, with its deep regional network and operational experience, will focus on identifying, developing, and managing the solar projects. The company brings to the table a strong track record in deploying scalable and bankable solar installations across various industrial sectors.

Both companies emphasized that the partnership reflects a shared commitment to accelerating the global energy transition and reducing carbon footprints. By targeting the commercial and industrial segments, the initiative addresses a significant demand for decentralized, cost-effective renewable energy.

The 700 MWp rollout is expected to span multiple countries in the APAC region, contributing to local climate goals while enhancing energy security and reducing dependency on fossil fuels. The partners anticipate further collaborations as regional interest in green energy solutions continues to rise.
