IBC SOLAR AG, a global leader in photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage, is to present a new high-performance module in the IBC SOLAR product portfolio: The IBC MonoSol 300 VL4. In addition, the company will showcase its first smart module with an integrated power optimiser. Both products will be exhibited from 22nd to 24th June at Intersolar Europe in Munich.
The IBC MonoSol 300 VL4 is IBC SOLAR’s first module within the product portfolio which can reach a performance class of 300 watt, making it the most powerful module of the IBC SOLAR Line. As with all Value-Added Modules from IBC SOLAR Line, the IBC MonoSol 300 VL underwent an extensive series of tests in IBC SOLAR’s own quality control laboratory before it became a part of the portfolio. Regular quality assurance and process audits guarantee a particularly high longevity of the modules, as well as a maximum performance, efficiency and therefore security of investment. The IBC MonoSol 300 VL4 is expected to be available this summer.
Powerful: IBC MonoSol CS4 Smart
IBC SOLAR’s first smart module, the IBC MonoSol CS4 Smart, is a new addition to the company’s module portfolio. The IBC MonoSol CS4 Smart combines the patented optimiser technology of TIGO with the controlled quality and long-term guarantees of the value-added modules from the IBC SOLAR Line. A power optimiser integrated in the junction box enhances the power production of a PV system, for example if a system falls short of its optimum performance due to shading. Moreover, the IBC MonoSol CS4 Smart can be switched off separately through a PV safe button. An additional benefit: the IBC MonoSol CS4 Smart allows for more options in terms of wiring, giving installers more flexibility in the designing and installation of PV systems and therefore enabling a better utilisation of the roof’s surface. The module is also responsible for real time monitoring, making operation and maintenance safer and more efficient.
Like all modules from the IBC SOLAR Line, the new products have a linear performance warranty of 25 years as well as a product warranty of 15 years (Japan and Europe). Visitors can learn more about IBC SOLAR’s modules at Intersolar Europe in Munich, hall A3, booth 290.
