Interested to invest in automobile, renewable energy, biotechnology and IT: Czech ambassador
All praise for Uttarakhand for its natural beauty and spiritual wealth, the ambassador of Czech Republic Milan Hovorka said that the State has immense potential for industrial growth. Interacting with the media persons on the margins of the Investors Summit on Sunday, Hovorka said that Uttarakhand can take benefit of Czech expertise in automobile, renewable energy, bio-technology and food processing sectors.
He ,further, said that a business delegation from Czech Republic would soon visit Uttarakhand to discuss modalities of mutual cooperation. Furthermore, the Czech Republic is interested to boost spiritual tourism in Uttarakhand, he declared.
Managing director of Alinz group, Inderpreet Pruthi who accompanied the Czech Ambassador informed the gathering about portable petrol pumps.
He said that since Uttarakhand holds importance from the tourism point of view portable petrol pumps would be immensely beneficial in remote and far-flung areas. He further said that Czech company Alinz is interested to help the state with technology and investment in this segment. He said that the Government of India has given its approval to set up portable petrol pumps in the country on August 10. “With a tank capacity of 9975 to 35000 litres, our portable petrol pump can be installed and dismantled within two hours,” he said.
In particular reference to Uttarakhand, he said that the state housing the Char Dhams and other tourist places, such type of petrol pumps can help both the pilgrims and the tourists greatly.
