Iran is building solar panel farms to tap the potential of renewable energy. In some areas, the sun shines about 300 days a year, making them well-suited for producing solar energy. Solar equipment has also been installed in people’s homes. Iran’s electricity distribution organization has introduced a system to help Tehran residents save on power costs.
