Opening::Product Manager
Leading MNCs Electronic Comopany
Location ::Sanand (Ahmedabad)

Initiate, design and direct Research and Development programmes with the CTO that will improve the organisations current products and technologies and generate new products and technologies.

Will work closely with sales, provide sales support, work directly with customers to solve and analyze needs.
Will give technical presentations to prospectus customers with sales

Our domain (Utility grade Grid Tied Mega Solar plant). search need to be more focused on candidates dealing with Grid tied Solar plants (MW scale), even handling other products like Solar Modules, Junction box, String combiner Box, String Inverters, Transformers etc should be ok.

Functions / Areas
New Product development

Technical support to Sales & Marketing team

Responsibilities
Corordination with Design team for new product development and devise launching plan for new products

Technical compliance of all enquiries
Coordination with Execution team for technical requirements
Keep track on upcoming trends of Solar Market and devise strategy to ensure first mover advantage

Keep track on new technology / requirements / demads by Solar Market and

Accountability
1. Technical approval
2. Zero technical deviation in supply
3. Offer most competitive products
4. First mover advantage for company

Authority
1. Technical Compliance & Meetings
2. Finalisation of technical specification for new products

Interacts with (to be filled by position holder)
Internal Customers :

Sales & Marketing, Design, Execution,

All customers in Solar Market

Educational Qualification
Desired: BE in Power Electronics, Specialisation in Renewable energy is preferred.

Years of Experience
Desired: 6 -8 years
