In Detail : Kshema Power, a Chennai-based EPC firm specializing in renewable energy infrastructure, has won a ₹108 crore contract to construct a 400 kV transmission line in Ananthapuram district, Andhra Pradesh. The 42-kilometer line will transmit electricity from a 1 GW wind farm, using a single-circuit line on double-circuit towers to ensure efficient and reliable power transfer.
This project marks Kshema Power’s return to the high-voltage transmission segment and highlights its commitment to advancing renewable energy infrastructure in India. The company will handle the entire project lifecycle, including design approvals, material procurement, civil works, tower erection, regulatory clearances, testing, and final commissioning.
