The Lead Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. Design, simulation, sizing, lab testing and type testing of power electronics circuits or control structures.
Engage in all product design and project execution aspects of the assigned system and projects.
LV Drive engineering / Solar inverter product development
Translate specified requirements to circuit realizations using modeling, simulation, and statistical design methods
Design to meet reliability, testability, manufacturability, and material cost guidelines
Communicate progress to engineering management
Evaluate, select, and apply appropriate electronic technology and components
Document design configuration, principles of operation, and application guidelines
Document functional test requirements
Verify functional performance of prototype hardware under all specified operating conditions.

Min. 8 years of Power electronics design & testing expertise for industrial drives and its related components (Renewables / Oil & Gas / Marine / Metal Process Industrial knowledge preferred)
