Job Description

 

Role : Marketing Manager

Reporting to : SBU Head

Job Interface :

Internal : Manages Immediate stakeholders

External : PR agencies, Advertising agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Media Agencies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO

– Planning & driving overall marketing & communication strategies involving Brand & Marketing Communications/digital marketing/ PR/retail branding/internal communications

– Formulating communication strategies for brands & products using updated communication channels & tools

– Development and execution of marketing plans and strategies, product launches and new advertising campaigns while ensuring that sales growth and profit goals were met

– Managed creation, production and execution of all retail branding structures like Brand Store, SIS, In-shop-branding, signage and other marketing collateral for retail as well as internal communications like catalogues, price lists, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, and other promotional literature while collaborating with external agencies, printing companies & other stakeholders

– Managed marketing programs across various digital media including paid search, display, content, retargeting, organic search and social media

Ideal Candidate Profile:

– Must have a passion to work like a start up!

– Must have hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

– Must be a great problem solver

– Must be driven by timelines & deliverable s like in a start-up culture

– Should have proven track record in conceptualizing, planning & executing integrated marketing campaigns

– If you have helped a start-up build as a brand from scratch it would be an added advantage for this position.

Experience and Academics:

– A min of 10 years of experience in marketing roles

– A min of 2-3 years of experience with Social Media marketing and SEO
