? Any Defaulting Company is permitted to file belated documents which were due for filling on any given date. The Company shall be liable to pay only normal fees for the delayed filings. No additional fee shall be payable by the defaulting company for making the pending filings
? Immunity from prosecution and penalty for delay in filling of belated documents.
? Form CFSS-2020 to be filled for immunity in respect of documents filled.
