#### 6. **General Conditions**

– **Bid Opening:** Techno-Commercial bids will be opened online. Price bids will be opened only for qualified bidders and the date will be auto-communicated via the portal.
– **Right to Reject:** NGEL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender without assigning any reason.
– **Transferability:** The bidding document cannot be transferred from one intending bidder to another.
