NTPC Limited has issued a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for the supply of 60 KWp Solar PV at various buildings at NTPC Bongaigaon.
NTPC has invited online bids on Single Stage Two envelop Basis from eligible bidders for the package named Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and O&M of 60 KWp Roof-Top Grid connected Solar PV at various buildings at NTPC Bongaigaon.
The complete set of Bidding Documents including is available on the official website free of cost. Interested bidders can download it from eprocurentpc.nic.in. The official notice states that no hard copy of the bidding document will be issued. Corrigendum (if any) will be available on the e-tender website of NTPC only.
The Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) installation on the Rooftop of various buildings of the Township shall be carried out preferably on the shadow free area in such a way that the generation is maximized on each building suitable for installation of Solar PV power plants, according to the official notice.
The buildings identified by NTPC for installation of rooftop Solar PV power include hospital building, administrative building and SBI building. The bidder shall consider utilizing all the rooftops of these buildings for installing the solar PV project.

The official notice of the tender states that any bid not accompanied by an acceptable Bid Security as Tender Fee as per relevant provisions of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) will be rejected by the employer.
