Middle East and Africa power industry contracts activity in July 2020 saw 28 contracts announced, marking a flat growth over the last 12-month average of 28, according to GlobalData’s power database.

Middle East and Africa power industry contracts in July 2020: Saudi Arabia leads activity

Looking at contracts by country, Saudi Arabia led the activity in July 2020 with five contracts and a share of 17.9%, up 0.5% over the previous month and up 67% when compared with the last 12 month-average, followed by the United Arab Emirates with four contracts and a share of 14.3% and Iran with three contracts and a share of 10.7% during the month.
Looking at the last 12-month average, Saudi Arabia held the top spot with three contracts, followed by Iran with three and the United Arab Emirates with two contracts. Read More..
