NEW DELHI-The Hon’ble Minister for Power and New & Renewable Energy, Shri R K Singh discussed the State-wise status of Pumped Storage Projects (PSPs), their development roadmaps and the identified abandoned coal mines suitable for the development of Hydro PSPs with officers of Ministry of Power and CMDs of Hydro CPSEs.

Further today the Ministry has started a fresh exercise for 2022 and has prepared an Action Plan for 2022 under two phases. The first phase will continue till 31st Mar, 2022 while the second phase will continue till 15th Aug, 2022.

Shri R.K Singh, Union Minister of Power recently reviewed the Action Plans of 2022 of Ministry of Power and its Sub Nodal Organization (SNOs) i.e. BEE, CTU, POSOCO, CEA and CERC.
