In reference to the above subject matter, A Pre-Bid/clarification Meeting shall be organized at the SECI Office, New Delhi on 28.03.2023 (Tuesday) at 1100 Hours Onwards.
Bidders who wish to join the meeting online, please join using the following link on 28.03.2023 (Tuesday) at 1100 Hours :
Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder company are allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
All prospective bidders are required to kindly coordinate with the Project In charge, Mr Pallav Yadu (Mob 9826087389, yadu.pallav@seci.co.in) in consultation with the Project Head, Mr Shreedhar Singh (shreedhar.singh@seci.co.in), so as to get details regarding the ste visit.
Its mandatory to send across the details of the Bidder team members at umesh.patidar@seci.co.in & sandeeprana@seci.co.in, who wish to participate in the subject Site visit & Pre-Bid meeting, so as to arrange necessary formalities at SECI’s end. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 27.03.2023.
Prospective Bidders are requested to remain updated for any notices wrt the Site visit, Pre Bid meeting & Bidding document through the websites www.seci.co.in and https://www.bharat-electronictender.com as no separate notification will be issued in this regard.
