The NCLT has issued an order directing that all petitions under Section 7 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 must be filed along with default record from Information Utility. No new petitions will be entertained without default record.
Further, for petitions filed and pending under Section 7, the Authorized Representatives/Parties are directed to file default record before the next hearing in the matter.
