ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-requisites:

ð  Candidate must have min. 2 years’ experience in Solar PV module & systems sales.

ð  Should be ready to travel anywhere in India

ð  Exposure to ISO standards will be an added advantage

ð  Should have good communication skills

ð  Should be willing to work with targets and should achieve it.

 

Job Profile/Requirements:

n  Sales and marketing of solar PV modules and solar based solutions.

n  Candidates to work closely with nodal agencies, various EPC people, customers to get the orders.

n  Candidate should have a good  communications and updates  with dealers and dealer network

n  Should have a good knowledge of the industry with current status and updates

n  Should know the process of  tenders and documents

n  Should have thorough knowledge of product certification and process

n  Should have good knowledge of Solar PV Modules and module process

n  Should have good knowledge of solar solutions like off grid, on grid, gross &  net metering systems etc.,

n  Should have fairly a good knowledge of materials and their qualities pertaining to solar

n  Candidate to work closely with factory and the customer to get the orders, process it until shipment & collection are completed.

n  Candidate to develop a good customer touch base and enhance the customer base

n  Candidate should have good energy and enthusiasm to deal with customers and should be smart enough to grab the orders.

n  Good knowledge of costing / commercials will be an added advantage

n  Should submit the Weekly, Monthly and Yearly MIS Reports

PREFERRED SKILLS

Needs good analytical and communication skills, shall be a team player

LANGUAGE:

Fluent in English and Local Language and Knowledge in Hindi desirable and any other regional language is an added advantage.
