Now you can install Solar at your home on just Rs.26000/per KW: Rajasthan Solar Association
Jaipur: State nodal agency for renewable Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Ltd (RRECL) has issued very positive news for rooftop solar development in state. Now common man can install solar plant on their roofs for just Rs 26,000 for per kilo watt. The rates of rooftop solar now are in reach of common public. It will provide boost to rooftop solar sector in state as well as less power burden on Discoms and good option for state citizens to get cheap power at their home. RRECL had invited tender for rooftop for 45 MW and has set above price in this tender.
“The Letter of Allocation released by RRECL on 19th May 2020 for allocating the capacity of 45 MW for Solar EPC players will be a game changer for the industry specially in such testing times when the country faces Covid-19 crisis.
This move will be a game changer to promote renewable at the grass-root level and will ensure that a big population of residential connection owners will become self dependent on energy consumption.”
