Dexler Energy is looking for a high performance, self-motivated, energetic and accountable professional to define and drive our business development and sales function. The individual would focus on strategic positioning and development of Dexler Energy’s business as a Solar Project Developer. The ideal candidate is to own all revenue strategies and initiatives including but not limited to direct sales, channel sales and business development.
S/he must enjoy working in a highly entrepreneurial environment. Direct Experience in handling corporate sales is a must while a deep understanding of Solar PV landscape would be a bonus. As a Sales Leader for the corporate segment, s/he will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Requirements –
7-10+ years focused on revenue generation, business development, marketing, sales and strategy
Build and manage business development process of Solar PV business.
Source, pitch, meet, develop and close revenue opportunities for service offerings.
Strengthen the company’s positioning and messaging as a developer and clean energy solutions provider in the market.
Assist in managing Dexler’s marketing operations segment.
Drive and manage the acquisition of new clients.
Spearhead all sales activities to achieve objectives.
Assume and maintain strong relationship with our preferred technology partners.
Oversee service pricing in alignment with the senior leadership.
Proactively execute frequent market and competitive studies to reassess Dexler’s positioning, messaging and offering
Travel both domestically and international as per requirement.
