Once available, the interested bidders will be able to download the official copy of Tender documents after logging into the Electronic Tender website by using the Login ID and Password provided by Electronic Tender during registration. The bidder shall only be eligible to submit/ upload the Response to tender after logging into the Electronic Tender portal and downloading the official copy. The tender document available at SECI website is for reference purpose only.
