Role:
– Conduct solar products training for Su-Kam’s Sales team, Distributors, and Dealers to ensure transference of learning.
-Be a technical resource person that the field personnel can reach out for addressing doubts or clarifications.
Expected Outcome:
– A knowledgeable, energized and engaged sales force at Su-Kam in the solar energy space.
On-the-Job Training
Our in house team will provide detailed training, orientation and induction to you on Su-Kam’s Solar Products range, in time slots convenient to you over an initial two week period.
Role Requirements:
“Must Have”
Senior Secondary School teacher with Electronics /Physics as the main teaching subject.
Ability to convey concepts and ideas in an “easy to understand” manner
Willingness to conduct field training for 2 to 3 hours on working days in your city/nearby towns.
Ability to organize, coordinate and adhere to agreed schedule
Effective Presentation Skills – structuring and communicating ideas, using visual and other aids.
Committed and open- minded with a positive approach to work
“Nice to Have”
Conversational Fluency in any one, or more of the following : Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Marathi / Punjabi / Gujarati / Bengali / Oriya / Assamese / French / Arabic
Work Hours & Compensation
– Typical training sessions will be for 2 to 3 hours after school hours.
– Compensation would be on an hourly rate for the training delivered as below:
Rs.250/Hour for Basic (Level – 1) &
Rs. 350/Hour for Advanced ( Level – 2)
