Understand the state rules for Land acquisition (Preferably North Indian States)Survey of land, due diligence and Sales deed processLand inspection and document procurement and verificationLand identification of govt/private and assigned landsUnderstanding of Solar park and Non Solar park regulationsNegotiations with land ownersArrange for all land related approvals Arrange for all approvals related to the setting up and operation of Solar projectsMeeting with Govt officialsUnderstand the PPA Norms and regulationsGather market and competitive intelligenceEnsure smooth functioning of the set up processes Understanding of MS Excel and MIS reporting through DashboardsCoordination with cross functional teams to achieve the desired resultsProjects Budgets- Preparation of budgets and get required approvals from the managementLead and mentor teams located at regionsAll Project Development related ActivitiesTransmission and Distribution Approvals from various Govt AgenciesManage the Teams and access their training requirementsIncrease the market share through Private contractsEnsure timely resolution of objections/clarifications from Govt agenciesRelationship building and managementCollection of funds from the Govt agenciesPosition will be Stationed at New Delhi (Aerocity)Please share your detailed profile – neeraj.dahiya@azurepower.com
