We have opening for Solar Operation and Maintenance Manager in Pavagada, Tumkur
Candidate should have B.E/B.Tech (Electrical Engineering)
Candidate should have good communication skills both Verbal and Written
Local Candidates are Preferred
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have Handled operations & maintenance of MW based solarPV plants
- Should have Monitored maintenance of 66/11 KV or 33/11 KV grid substation, protective relays & associated equipments and inverters
- Good knowledge of solarPV Panels, Inverter, CSS, 66KV switchyard, SCADA system and all solar electrical operational equipments.
- Extensive knowledge of renewable energy, instrumentation control systems and in depth knowledge of solarpower generation system, and procedures.
- Plant and grid Down time and Failure Analysis of all the electrical m/c & instruments
- Reporting to Management and responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Operations & Maintenance activities of the plant
- Responsible for smooth functioning of all operations of PV SolarPower Plant and Implementing effective techniques to bring efficiencyin performance of the plant
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly equipments healthiness checklist; Preventive maintenance planning; Shutdown planning; Daily reading logbook etc.
- Quality verification of electrical works which performed by contractor and Responsible for ensuring Safe Working Environment
- Interact with KPTCL and local authorities for smooth functioning of the plant and submit the bills and collect the cheque
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to the companys success.
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and direct the safe operation and maintenance activities at the site.
- Interfaces with the O&M contractor to review the operation of plant equipment and systems continuously, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensures completion of Technical documents; gridoutages, onsite equipment problems, log entries, site visitation; safety and environmental inspections.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in maintenance management of solarPV power plants
Salary:INR 6,00,000 – 8,00,000 P.A.
