The contract is for setting up 140 MW DC Solar Power Plant in the state of Gujarat.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd has informed that the Company has received a letter of award (LOA) from India-focused renewable energy group for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey works contract.
The contract is for setting up 140 MW DC Solar Power Plant in the state of Gujarat, said company in a regulatory filing.
Further, the works shall be executed in terms of definitive contract and subject to receipt of regulatory and other statutory approvals, as may be applicable. The Parties shall in due course negotiate and execute definitive contract, company added.
At around 9:17 AM, Waaree Renewable was trading at Rs217.55 per piece higher by 5% on Sensex.
