We conclude that the directions given in regard to the removal of exit option and removal of capping of wheeling charges are valid and
justified, within the jurisdictional competence of the State Commission, the contours of the power purchase agreement between the parties,
other than those concerning tariff having crystalised by earlier order dated 10.04.2018 that has attained finality it having resulted in mutually enforceable obligations.
On the facts thus found, in the circumstances, and for the foregoing reasons, the impugned order dated 08.03.2019 of the State Commission is upheld and, in the consequence, the appeal is dismissed.
