This initiative was inaugurated during a special ceremony attended by Governor and Chancellor Anandiben Patel, marking a significant step toward the university’s sustainable energy goals.
The Vice-Chancellor of UPRTOU, Prof. Satyakam, highlighted the multiple benefits of the installation. He pointed out that the use of high-quality solar panels would significantly lower the university’s electricity expenses while contributing to environmental sustainability. Solar power, being a renewable and clean energy source, will help reduce the university’s carbon footprint and reliance on conventional energy.
This solar power project is part of UPRTOU’s broader commitment to sustainability.
