#### 1. Fees for Licensing
– **Initial License Fees:**
– **Application Fee (under Section 14):** Rs. 5,00,000 (paid on account).
– **Grant of License Fee (under Section 15):** Rs. 10,00,000 (paid on account).
– **Annual License Fees:**
– **Transmission Licensee:** Rs. 5,000 per MW of transmission capacity contract, subject to a minimum of Rs. 10,00,000.
– **Distribution Licensee:** **0.20%** of the revenue from proposed sales (excluding taxes/duties), subject to a minimum of Rs. 10,00,000.
– **Trading License:** Fees as per the JERC (Electricity Trading) Regulation, 2010.

– **Amendment (Section 18):** Rs. 5,00,000 (by Licensee) / Rs. 10,00,000 (by other person).
– **Revocation (Section 19):** Rs. 5,00,000 (by Licensee) / Rs. 10,00,000 (by other person).

#### 2. Fees for Tariff Determination and Approvals
– **Tariff Determination (Section 62) for Generation Projects:**
– **Conventional Fuel-based Plant:** Rs. 25,00,000 (up to 100 MW) + Rs. 50,000 per additional MW.
– **Conventional Hydro (>25 MW):** Rs. 25,00,000 (up to 100 MW) + Rs. 20,000 per additional MW.
– **Renewable Sources:**
– Below 1 MW: Rs. 5,00,000.
– 1 MW and above: Rs. 5,00,000 per MW, with a ceiling of Rs. 20,00,000.
– **RE Project (Levelized Tariff):**
– Up to 2 MW: Rs. 5,00,000.
– Above 2 MW: Rs. 10,00,000.
– **Transmission Tariff Determination (Annual/Base Year):** Rs. 25,00,000 (payable by the Licensee).
– **Approval of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Rate:** Rs. 10,00,000.
– **Approval of Distribution Licensee’s Charges (Sections 45 & 46):** Rs. 5,00,000.
– **Approval of Business Plan:** Rs. 10,00,000.

#### 3. Fees for True-Up, Review, and Performance
– **Annual True-Up & Annual Performance Review (APR):** Rs. 1.25 per 1000 units of proposed sales (retail & wheeling), subject to a minimum of Rs. 10,00,000.
– **True-Up Petition (up to FY 2024-25):** Rs. 2,00,000 (if filed separately).
– **True-Up Petition (for FY 2025-26 onward):**
– **Transmission Licensee:** Rs. 20,00,000 per year.
– **Distribution Licensee:** Rs. 1.25 per 1000 units of actual sales, subject to a minimum of Rs. 10,00,000 per year.
– **Generating Company:** Rs. 1,00,000 per MW, with a ceiling of Rs. 15,00,000 per year.
– **Annual Performance Review (under MYT framework):** Rs. 10,00,000 (payable by the Licensee).
– **Mid-Term Review Petition:**
– **Transmission Licensee:** Rs. 20,00,000.
– **Distribution Licensee:** Rs. 1.25 per 1000 units of proposed sales for the 3rd year of the MYT Control Period.
– **Generating Company:** Rs. 1,00,000 per MW, with a ceiling of Rs. 15,00,000.

#### 4. Fees for Dispute Resolution and Adjudication
– **Open Access Disputes (Section 42):**
– By Licensee/Generating Company: Rs. 10,00,000.
– By Captive Generating Plant Owner: Rs. 5,00,000.
– **By Consumer/Consumer Representative: Rs. 2,00,000.**
– **Adjudication of Licensee-Generator Disputes (Section 86(1)(f)):** Rs. 20,00,000.
– **Dispute regarding Transmission Facility (Section 9):** Rs. 50,000 (first 1 MW) + Rs. 5,000 per MW thereafter, up to a max of Rs. 10,00,000.
– **Dispute regarding Surplus Capacity (Section 35):** Rs. 5,00,000.
– **Dispute regarding Street Opening (Section 67(4)):** Rs. 5,00,000.
