### **3. Key Submissions & Commission’s Decision**

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present Petition is for grant of an **Inter-State Trading Licence in Category IV**, and that the Petitioner has **complied with all requirements** under the *Trading Licence Regulations, 2020*.

**Commission’s Action:**
– The Commission **admitted the Petition**.
– However, before passing a final order, the Commission directed the Petitioner to submit the following information **on affidavit, within two weeks**:

| (iii) | **Confirm that the professionals whose profiles have been submitted are engaged on a full-time basis**, in compliance with Regulation 3(2) of the Trading Licence Regulations, 2020. |
| (iv) | **Provide an affidavit** that the Petitioner shall **not carry out the business of transmission of electricity** during the subsistence of the inter-State trading licence (if granted). |
