Denmark – based dairy cooperative Arla Meals has constructed a 1.7-MW photo voltaic plant in Bahrain which is able to partly cowl the electrical energy wants of its manufacturing website within the capital of Manama.
The electrical energy produced by the photo voltaic cells put in on an space of 8,000 sq m (9,568 sq yd) can be sufficient to fulfill about 20% of the manufacturing facility’s annual power consumption.
