Should have handled Sales & Marketing activities of Mid-Size Company.
Experience in direct Sales is a must.
Expanding of sales targets, sales team and profitability of the assigned region of sales.
Reviewing of Sales team performance of the region and taking corrective measures.
Marketing / Business Development activities in the assigned territory.
Closing of crucial sales orders & its execution.
Should have Good in depth knowledge of geography of territory to assess potential.
Should have had interactions with middle management /Top management at customer end to generate enquiries, negotiations, on closing orders.
