## 🧾 Qualification Criteria
### **1️⃣ Technical Experience**
* Must have executed **similar works** in the last 7 years (ending month before bid submission):
* 3 works ≥ ₹73.6 crore each, **or**
* 2 works ≥ ₹92 crore each, **or**
* 1 work ≥ ₹147.2 crore
* “Similar work” = EPC or Construction of **Solar Projects** (with or without PV module supply), or major **industrial/infrastructure works** for Govt/PSU/private clients.
* Completion means 80% or more of project value executed.
### **2️⃣ Financial Strength**
* **Average Annual Turnover:** ₹55.2 crore (FY 2022–23 to 2024–25)
* **Net Worth:** Must be positive for FY 2024–25
* Submit audited financials + CA certificate with UDIN
### **3️⃣ Supporting Documents Required**
* Work orders & completion certificates.
* Audited balance sheets (last 3 years).
* Bank solvency certificate (not older than 3 months).
* PAN, GST, PF, ESI registrations, ITR acknowledgment.
* Declaration on litigation history.
* Power of Attorney for signatory.
