– Searching & analysis of tenders, Identify for new businesses (Solar) in Domestic & International Market and prepare a tender/opportunity summary report for HOD’s review and approval
– Detailed review of Tender documents viz: Technical bid, Specification, Price bid (BOQ) enquiry, Submittal & Drawings.
– Preparation of key features & visit to site for preliminary information
– Attending Pre-bid meetings with Clients, Architects & Consultants etc. for seeking clarifications.
– Identify partners for Joint Venture and present the business case to them
– Liasoning/ Networking with Govt. /Regulatory bodies.
– Doing cost estimation and preparation of Direct cost & Indirect Cost
– Floating enquiries to various vendors for specialized works in the tender & collecting the quotation from them.
– Negotiate with vendors and finalize price to estimate the project cost
– Preparation of Bid in complete respect viz: Techno commercial bi d, Price bid, submittals etc. for HOD’s review & approval.
– Responsible for post result tender analysis and record the findings in a report for future reference
