Sindicatum Renewable Energy Company, a renewable energy group headquartered in Singapore, recently undertook the completion of the acquisition of two solar power plants in India (cumulatively 20 MW from Silver Ridge Power.

The two solar power plants are situated in Gujarat and Rajasthan

DSNR Legal Advocates and Solicitors advised Sindicatum.  DSNR Legal team was led by Partners Sushmit Mishra and Nikhil Kohli.
