EGE AND DANG THANH SIGN THE CONTRACT FOR COOPERATION IN INVESTMENT IN ROOFTOP SOLAR POWER SYSTEM
On July 19, 2019, Ecoba Renewable Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company (EGE) and Dang Thanh Trading Services Production Co., Ltd conducted the Signing Ceremony of Investment Cooperation Contract and Construction Groundbreaking Ceremony of the rooftop solar power plant with capacity of ~ 1MWp. This is a new and important step in the long-term cooperation process of the two parties.
Investment cooperation in construction of a rooftop solar power plant
The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Le Quynh Hoa – Director of Ecoba Renewable Energy Solutions JSC (EGE), Mr. Dang Ngoc Thanh – Director of Dang Thanh Trading Services Production Co., Ltd. and the representatives of the Board of Directors of the parties. This event is an important milestone, marking EGE’s efforts in researching and implementing the solutions to develop the renewable energy sources for Vietnamese enterprises.
According to the signed contents, EGE and Dang Thanh will cooperate in the implementation of the investment project of a rooftop solar power plant with a capacity of ~ 1MWp at a plant in Thuan An town, Binh Duong province. This project, when putting into operation, will ensure a part of the power supply for plant’s operation and generate the profits when the system is connected to the grid and the electricity is sold to EVN.
Appreciating the opportunities for investment cooperation with EGE, Mr. Dang Ngoc Thanh – Dang Thanh Representative said: “The investment cooperation agreement with EGE is a trial step in our search for potential and sustainable investment cooperation models in the future. In addition, investing in renewable energy systems will help us increase our image and competitiveness with international partners. ”
In Binh Duong, Dang Thanh is known as a manufacturer and supplier of raw materials for the production of wooden products at home and abroad with large-scale workshop systems.

With the characteristics of topography, climate and weather, our country has a great potential of solar radiation, it is estimated that the technical potential of solar power development in Vietnam can be up to 340,000 MWp.
