Gensol Engineering has informed that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company will be held on Saturday, September 04, 2021.

The Board of Directors in a meeting to consider following:

• To consider and approve issuance of the Bonus Share
• To consider and approve Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company
• To consider and approve alteration of Article of Association
• To consider and approve the Board Report for the Financial Year 2020 – 2021
• To consider and approve Notice of the Annual General Meeting
• Any other business with the approval of the Chair
