Managing solar plants at South/ North India locations
Managing & protection and up keeping of 20,000 Cr equipment
Great leadership skills to work with 500 to 100 people in-house and external partners too
Managing relationships with utility & local Administration
Ensuring plant up time, grid uptime with strong preventive and reactive maintenance control
Managing 3k to 5k cr revenue & P/L
Able to create process to manage large attrition through continuous improvement
