ANNULLMENT OF TENDER : IMPLEMENTATION OF 97.5MWP GRID CONNECTED ROOFTOP SOLAR PV SYSTEM SCHEME FOR GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS IN DIFFERENT STATES/ UNION TERRITORIES OF INDIA UNDER CAPEX/ RESCO MODEL
This has reference to the NIT No. SECI/C&P/NIT/MNRE/97.5MW GCRT/IND/022019 dated 26.02.2019 regarding the Tender for Implementation of 97.5MWp Grid Connected Rooftop Solar PV System Scheme for Government Buildings in different States/ Union Territories of India under CAPEX/ RESCO Model under Global Competitive Bidding.
As M/s Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) is discontinuing their e-Tendering Services for all their Clients, SECI is under the process of empanelment of alternate e-Tendering Service Providers details of which will be shared soon. Hence, the said tender has been annulled due to migration of e-Tendering Portal of SECI from TCIL to another one. A fresh tender shall be launched on new e-Tendering Portal of SECI after notification of revised benchmark cost FY 2019-2020.
Bidders those who have already submitted offline bid documents at SECI Office are requested to take their bids back in unopened condition by submitting an Authorization Letter. Bidders those who have already deposited the Processing Fee in online mode are requested to share their bank account details in the Authorization Letter itself for refund of Processing Fee.
Prospective bidders are requested to remain updated for any further notices related to the RfS documents through the website www.seci.co.in as no separate notification will be issued.
