We are currently seeking a Sales Manager Cum Office Assistant preferably from a solar/Energy Industry background to join our team as a member of our Energy Services division.

Position- Sales Manager cum Office Assistant-( Female Only)
Location- Delhi/Ahmedabad
Exp- 2 to 3 Yrs
salary not an constraint for right candidates

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
•Knowledge of Solar On-grid inverter, Hybrid Inverter, Storage Inverter, Central Inverter.
•Dynamic personality with strong Negotiation Skill, Communication skill, effective presence, Team work Spirit, Performance Oriented and Ability to take responsibility.
•Experience and knowledge ofsolar Market research, Analyze customer requirement, Strong project management skills,Conduct to develop marketing strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of Solar market map, Identify and understand the local solar market trend, Solar EPC
,Solar Distribution network.
• Manage the Local sales lead and inquiries.
• Maintain relationship with the existing Customers.
• Monitor Monthly business growth of Company.
• Handle various commercial industrial enquiries.
• Responsible to Coordinate with client and Project Manager / Project team for site survey
• Pitching products and/ or services
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company s products
• Developing quotes and proposals ? Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
• Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Should have confidence to promote Brand through calling and listing services.
• Candidate must able to supervise &manage all administrative activities also i.e. Arrange Meetings,
vendor management, travel arrangements ,bookings, accommodations, Infrastructure management.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
