These Regulations may be called the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2015.These Regulations shall apply for Open Access to and use of the distribution system of Distribution Licensees in the  State  of  Maharashtra,and  where  the  network  of  the Distribution Licensee is  not  being  used  but  supply to an Open  Access Consumer is being provided within the distribution area of the Licensee.
