### **Objective**
NCRTC invites **open e-bids** under a **Single Stage, Two Packet System** for the **Selection of Solar Power Developer** to set up a **110 MW (AC) Grid-Connected Solar PV Power Project** in Uttar Pradesh under **captive mode**.

### **Bid Schedule & Key Dates**
* **Bid Security:** INR 6.60 crores (BG/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque/FDR) valid till **20 April 2026**.
* Physical submission of original bid security by **25 Sept 2025, 15:00 hrs**.
* **Completion Period:** 18 months from signing of PPA.
* **Bid Document Availability:** 11 Aug – 25 Sept 2025 (till 15:00 hrs) on e-procurement portal.
* **Clarification Request Deadline:** 29 Aug 2025 (17:00 hrs).
* **Pre-bid Meeting:** 26 Aug 2025 at 11:00 hrs (via Video Conference).
* **Bid Submission:**
* Start: 18 Sept 2025 (15:00 hrs)
* End: 25 Sept 2025 (15:00 hrs)
* **Technical Bid Opening:** 26 Sept 2025 (15:00 hrs).

### **Key Instructions**
* Manual bids are **not permitted**; only electronic submission via **[https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app](https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app)**.
* Bidders must:
* Register on the e-procurement portal.
* Have Class-III Digital Signature for the authorized signatory.
* Upload scanned copies of bid security online while submitting the original physically.
* Any bid without original bid security will be **rejected**.
* Bid validity: **180 days** from bid submission deadline.

### **Pre-bid Meeting Details**
* Conducted via Video Conferencing.
* Request for participation to be emailed at least 2 days before meeting to **[procurementcell@ncrtc.in](mailto:procurementcell@ncrtc.in)** with company details, attendee details, and designated email ID for VC link.
* NCRTC may allow a maximum of **two email IDs** per company.
* NCRTC may conduct a second pre-bid meeting at its discretion.

* Addenda/corrigenda will be issued only via the e-procurement portal—bidders must check regularly.
* NCRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids without assigning reasons.
* Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent via post/courier/hand delivery and email.
