Job Description:
Design, communication and implementation of an operational plan for completion of a project/Projects
– Identification, development and gathering of resources necessary to complete the project/Projects
– Defining and engaging internal sponsors within Technology Group to support the project/Projects
– Structuring and organization of the project/Program to suit the specific scope and risks of that project/Projects
– Setting of priorities, allocation of tasks, and coordination of project team members and assistance of the project team in order to solve
problems
– Conduction of project meetings and preparation of regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
– Liaison with all stakeholders in order to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
– Initiation of stakeholder meetings in order to define project scopes according to customers needs
– Responsibility and ownership of the project thus showing commitment to execute the project in accordance with the agreed plan
– Monitoring of progress and performance against the project plan
– (Pro-actively) takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
– Ensures during the project that the project result remains aligned with the customers and other relevant stakeholders needs
– Develops project schedules, budgets and forecasts
– Estimation of costs, resources, and time required to complete a project and monitoring of activities
– Analysing of financial data and proactively use of information to manage a project
– Manages multiple projects, within one department, or multidisciplinary projects within Suzlon, at the same time and in relation to each other
